LoopyCupTM
is our own brand of coffee cups. We make them
right here in Homer, AK. We select Forest
Stewardship Council (FSC) certified paper coated with
a plant based bioplastic that is compostable.
Custom printing is our specialty, and we can print in
small quantities. We take pride in our quality,
and have stringent quality control checks in place to
insure that our cups will hold up under a load of hot
coffee. Our facility is designed to meet the
needs of Alaska, not the entire country, therefore we
can focus on quality, craftsmanship of design, and
personal attention to our customers.

Video of our Printer: This is a sheet fed
flexographic printer. It prints 12 cup designs per sheet
using removable and reusable magnetic printing plates and
water based inks. After the sheets are printed, they are die
cut into cup side walls and then fed into the cup forming
machines.
Video of our 16 oz machine: This machine is fed die
cut side walls, forms them into a cone with an ultrasonic
side sealer, cuts bottom circles from a large roll, presses
the bottom circle in, heats the bottom and knurls it sealed,
curls the top rim, and stacks the cups.
